2550 year old requesting removal of lower eyelids bags. Conventionally fat is removed to clear the bags. However later on this can lead to hollow eye appearance which makes one look even older. A new technique of “fat slide” was used in this case. The fat was rearranged in such a way that it evened out the bumps and groove appearance. The “after” picture shows the smooth appearance of the lower eyelid giving it a much younger look.
