45 rbr WIDE NOSE The tip and base of the nose is wide. Following rhinoplasty both were narrowed to give a more proportionate nose.

46 rbr Young gentleman with flat nose and flared nostril (lower part of nose). Following rhinoplasty the nose has better height and definition. The increase in height of the nose was achieved by a bone graft from the hip bone.
