This gentleman with massive weight loss had an unsatisfactory outcome following tummy tuck done elsewhere. This is due to 2 reason. In these subset of massive loss patients, loose skin is circumferential in the tummy area and therefore a front only tummy tuck is not going to give the desired outcome. Also the chest area had lose skin which was not tackled. I therefore did a revision 360 degree tummy tuck ( AKA as belt lipectomy ) and chest lift for a comprehensive contouring.
