Breast lift with breast enhancement AKA Augmentation Mastopexy.: this surgery is done when breast sagging is accompanied with loss of breast volume. Breast enhancement is done with silicone implants. However, as seen in the above patient the implant was placed behind the muscle. With time the breast slid down over the implant which was held in the high position by the muscle. This is called waterfall deformity and required a revision surgery to relocate the implant in front of the muscle and relifting the breast.
