Scriptionscar is inevitable following any surgery. However in plastic surgery one way of minimising scar visibility is to camouflage it. In Grade 1 and 2 Gynaecomastia the scar is well hidden at the border of areola. In Grade 3 Gynaecomastia a longer scar is required to eliminate all the excess sagging skin.
